  • Ascension of Jesus: Thursday, May 29 — Celebrated on the sixth Thursday after Easter Sunday*
  • Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary: Friday, August 15
  • Solemnity of All Saints: Saturday, November 1
  • Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary: Monday, December 8
  • Christmas: Thursday, December 25

Lincoln Diocese

The Diocese of Lincoln began in 1887, there were 32 priests caring for the needs of souls. Now, there are 128 active diocesan priests ministering in the Diocese. Today, the Diocese has grown to 84 parishes with resident priests and 50 parishes that are missions of those with resident priests.

Marian Sisters

The Marian Sisters are a community dedicated to serving God and the church in the Diocese of Lincoln.  The Sisters serve in various apostolates of education, health care, and social work.  Doing God’s will joyfully the Sisters seek to imitate Mary and St. Francis in all they do.
